Load Cells: Load cells and weigh bars are transducers that convert weight to an electrical signal. They vary in size design, capacity, and durability. The two most common types of load cells are electric and hydrostatic. The electric load cells use a basic Wheatstone bridge; whereas hydraulic load cells use oil pressure to calculate the weight. Each model is available in a range of capacities.

AG Bar Shear Beam
Resistant to rain, snow, dust and mud; installs easily in mixers, tanks and other containers, trailer and truck mounted structures and support platforms. Primarily composed of durable alloy steel construction, polyurethane sheathed cables and sealed strain gauges. Capacity options include 750lb, 7,500lb and 18,000lb.

Bellows Type
Perfect for harsh environments, ideal for low profile platforms, hanging scales, hopper and packaging scales or other applications in the medical, industrial and process weighting fields. Primarily composed of stainless steel construction and welded bellow seals. NTEP legal-for-trade and OIML certified. Capacity options include 10,20, 50, 100 and 200 kg.

CenterPoint Shear Beam
Environmentally-sealed to sustain weather of all conditions. Precision engineering makes this product perfect for light to heavy mounting assemblies. Composed of stainless steel construction, center-load-double ended shear beam load cells.

Compression
Environmentally sealed for use in caustic, corrosive, wet environments making it a perfect fit for truck scales, railroad truck scales and heavy-duty tank weighing systems. Composed of heavy duty stainless steel construction. NTEP legal-for-trade and OIML certified. Capacity range from 22,680 to 90,720kg.

Compression, Compact
Heavy capacity series compression load cells ideal for multiple load cell weighing applications such as truck scales and heavy-duty tank weighing systems. Feature anti-rotation pivot inserts. Fabricated from stainless steel to provide the ultimate in protection against caustic, corrosive or wet environments.

Double-Ended Shear Beam
Environmentally sealed for water protection in caustic, corrosive and wet environments. Ideal in multiple load cell applications. Each cell is furnished with 10m integral multi-conductor cable. Constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel construction. NTEP legal-for-trade and OIML certified. Available in 50,000 and 75,000lb capacities.

Hydraulic
Highly resistant to lightning, rodent damage, corrosion and eccentric loading, explosion-proof, water-proof, shock-proof with accurate weighing in even the harshest of environments. Provides the lowest maintenance cost of any load cell. Constructed of stainless steel with capacities ranging from 2,500 to 200,000lbs.

Light Shear Beam
Environmentally sealed against caustic and corrosive hazards. Low-profile design, waterproof sealant, temperature change resistance and OIML certified. Constructed of stainless steel load cells. Available capacities include 125, 250, 500 and 1250kg.

Shear Beam
Protection against caustic and corrosive environments, welded close, superior waterproofing. Constructed of high-grade stainless steel. NTEP legal-for-trade and OIML certified. Available capacities cover 1130, 2260, 4500 and 9000kg.

Single Point
Lighter capacity models available in aluminum, heavier capacity in stainless steel. Direct platform mount possible with minimal parts, maximum performance, thread-mounting hole, 7ft long integral cable. Available in capacities of 6,10, 15, 25, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1,000lbs.
Specialty Light Single Point
Low profile, high performance, easy to install, interchangeable with similar cells. Moisture resistant, stable operation. Constructed of rugged aluminum. NTEP legal-for-trade and OIML certified. Capacities range from 5 to 100kg.

Specialty Shear Beam
Protection from caustic, corrosive environments. Waterproof, temperature resistant, flexible and accurate. Constructed of stainless steel. NTEP legal-for-trade and OIML certified. Capacities of 1,000, 2,500 or 4,000lbs available.

Specialty Single Point
High performance, easy to install, stable operation ideal for bench scales and other applications. Constructed of high-grade stainless steel. OIML certified. Capacities reange from 44 to 440lbs.

Tension, Aluminum
Dependable and accurate, ideal for suspension weighing applications, threaded holes on each end for hanger assemblies (also available in metric threads). Constructed of aircraft-quality aluminum alloy. NTEP legal-for-trade. Available capacities range from 50lb / 22.68kg to 1,000lb / 453.6kg.

Tension, Stainless Steel
Resistant to corrosive, caustic and wet environments. Threaded holes on each end for hanger assemblies (metric threads also available). Welded stainless steel cups on most models. Constructed of stainless steel. NTEP legal-for-trade. Available capacities range from 250lb / 113kg to 20,000lb / 9,072kg.
